Presentations will take the form of oral presentations or posters. Please write abstracts, presentations and poster texts in English. Information on the format and submission of abstracts can be found here. Speech must also be delivered in English.
Oral presentation
- Presentation length is 10 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion
- Presentation format: *.pptx, *.ppt, or *.pdf
- A presenter, computer, and projector will be available on site (please have your presentation ready on a USB drive; presentations must be uploaded at least before the beginning of each block)
- The presentation should include: an introduction to the topic, a brief description of the methodology, the main results and their context, and a conclusion
Poster
- Format: vertical A0 or A1
- Poster presentation duration is 3 minutes
- Poster stands and pins will be available on site
- The poster should be clear, visually understandable, and eye-catching
